Ian Hocking, FRI, RSPS is a Real Estate Broker and Property Manager leading the Hocking Homes Group at Keller Williams. His career began in 1997 following successful property investments in the UK; he relocated to Barrie in 2003 and earned his real estate licence in 2005. Ian holds the Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Canada (FRI) and Resort/Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) designations, with experience spanning land acquisitions, luxury properties, multi-family investments, and hard-money lending. He serves as a Subject Matter Expert for Humber University and supports Canadian Armed Forces relocation programs.
