Domenic spent 13 years as head custodian in the Simcoe County District School Board — overseeing facilities maintenance at a level most cleaning companies never experience. He saw firsthand how businesses struggled with inconsistent standards, poor communication, and zero accountability from their cleaning providers. Exceptional Touch Cleaning was incorporated in 2022 with one clear mission: build a company where the owner remains actively involved in delivering exceptional service — not just securing the contract. Today, Domenic oversees operations, personally trains new team members, maintains high quality standards, and provides every client with his direct cell number to ensure responsive, personalized service.
